ZERO STARS I bought a PAIR of shoes and received ONE left shoe after waiting for months and when I disputed with Aliexpress they ruled my case invalid — how do you take pictures of the missing item as evidence when I didn’t receive it?? Makes no sense I tried appealing but they ruled invalid wtf. Customer service asked if I bought just one shoe like tf why would I do that??? And if that were the case I would’ve gotten to at least select a shoe for either right or left foot this is bizarre will be contacting my bank for sure
