The special tool obviously is a simple screwdriver. 4. The seller then suggested I could get a new bracelet only if I left first a positive review. I did not accept this. 5 Finally, the seller sent a new bracelet, but an unbranded one (even though I bought the branded version) But. the bracelet had the same or even more problems: 1. A link that couldn't be unscrewed (the same as with the original one) 2. The micro-adjust at the clasp doesn't lock into place. 3. The clasp itself falls apart
