Beware of fraud.
Seller somehow silently cancelled shipment without any notice and Aliexpress own tracking and order status show that parcel have tracking number but is "not shipped".
So I cannot even open a dispute for refund until I contacted live help desk operator.
As the answer to my inquiry about what happened to the order the seller replied with "dear buyer
you can try to open dispute , by the way i can refund to your account with Aliexpress."
So he knew that this is wrong, but didn't take any action to set matter in a civilized way.
And it looks like this scheme is used by other dirty sellers, as this is the second time I stumble upon such behaviour.
