The product itself is great, but the packaging was too squashy, unprotected. When I opened the package, many of the olive fruit and leaves fell off , all the leaves all squashed due to soft bag packaging. It is ashamed that you have a good product but got all ruined in the packaging.
hope you guy can find a solution for this packaging problem.
I have just realised i have just placed another order of Orchid flower from the same shop, please can you do something to protect the flower. Hope i will not be so disappointed next time.
The fact that took along time to arrive, i understand! That's ok. but expected to received in a better condition next time.
