Logistics: Seller's Shipping Method
Got the battery. The inscription "Dell" is present. There is no connecting cable in the parcel. I connected it through my old cable.
The size of the new battery is 1mm thicker than the original one (measured by a caliper). Inserted in Dell 7480. The bottom of the case is closed.
The battery was charged at 45%. And that's right! Now wear 0%.
In the photo (No. 1, No. 2) a new battery from above. In a blue film that is removed.

The battery works, but it's hard to draw conclusions so far, since only a couple of days in use. The only thing that it is not clear why the Customs takes the tax, if the AliExpress from July 1 began to charge VAT when buying?
