I ordered this part back in January 2022. During which time I noticed that the time I was expecting the order to arrive within the promised delivery. I noticed in the logistics that the seller cancelled the order without an explanation. Eventually contacted seller to that I still need the Dell Power Jack still and had to cancel/refund and place the order for the same part in February 2022. I eventually received the part, installation was easy and no issues with the new power jack.
My only wish is the seller had better customer service and communication skills. I will try order from the seller again if I need anything since I'm forgivable to give them a second chance in hopes they improve there service.
