The sewing quality of the reflective material and soft cover is sub-par, it's started fraying as I was carefully assembling the unit.
I sent images to the store to show the problem and the response I received was:
"Sorry to cause you trouble, you can sew it yourself, we will compensate you with a 2 yuan coupon, do you agree?"
No, I don't want a 25 cent coupon and telling me to sew it myself shows lack of customer care.
