You get what you pay for, I guess.
These lights are cheap and VERY poor quality.
- The finish around the edge of the lights is poor and they have noticeable defects (which makes them look like seconds).
- The LED drivers are of VERY poor quality, with wires hanging out and the electronics lose inside the case.
If you order these don't expect too much.

It came faster than promised. Works. I took as a lower backlight for a microscope. Unfortunately, the dimmer I had did not fit. I'll look for Ali.
Of the shortcomings (minus the star)-LEDs blink. For the video is not good, the photo is obtained. If the flicker is not significant for you, take it.
