The shipping was very very very very slow. 6 weeks before it was even dispatched! Then another 6 weeks in a slow boat. Paid 19th May arrived 25th August, with no communication about why there were delays dispatching the item. If it is not in stock say so. If it needs to be back ordered, say so. That way expectations are set correctly, rather than a repeated set of emails telling me I've paid successfully and others saying it should arrive soon.
