The hat is felt, but it was very badly packaged.
I have a lot of hats from Ali Express and this is the first time I have seen someone pack a Hat so badly!!!
The hat is wool and very stiff.
It is all creased and I don't know if I will be able to straighten it out to wear it.
Very deformed!!!
The hat is not snow white like the pictures in the store.
