Very disappointed in this transaction. I ordered 1000 Turkey feathers and they came with a very strong chemical smell. I had to open the packets and leave it to air for some time. Some weeks later when the smell was gone, i began to process the feathers and realised that of the 1000 turkey feathers I ordered, I recieved 697.
I should have recieved 10 packets containing 100 feathers each. Instead I recieved 7 packets of varied amounts with both left and right mixed together. In total I recieved 275 left feathers 422 right feathers. 303 feathers are missing.
I contacted the shop and they accused me of lying. I will not be shopping here again. This picture shows the difference in the left and right feathers recieved. I am so disappointing. now i have to buy more

Out of the 100 feathers we got only 4 were right hand feathers the rest was left hand ones. When it should be 50 right and 50 left
