My complaint has not been accepted.
Conclusions:
1. Deliberate dragging on your part of the complaint process, including avoiding picking up the film from damage;
2. No honesty on your part. I worked with suppliers from China and there were no problems with complaints.
3. You destroy the opinion about products from China and make them criticized as low quality, without the principles of cooperation, differently than in the case of treatment of recipients by representatives of e.g. Japan, USA, Germany, Great Britain etc. worth the money you got by selling worthless merchandise?
4. I have been disregarded and deceived, if such are the methods of raising the standard of living as part of building the prosperity of the People's Republic of China, then I believe that it is a temporary measure, and as a consequence, image and financial losses will be incurred.
The above messages will be forwarded to the parties with whom I contacted as part of the complaint about damaged goods.
