I'm waiting and very pissed since I placed the order on March 16th, 2021 and the order hasn't arrived at my home, when I should have arrived in about 20 days. Tracking the order is reporting until it has arrived in Spain, and customs clearance is finished and no more details. The supplier tells me to contact my post office, which I do and there I get a proof that they do have a pre-registration with that tracking number but that the package has not received it and therefore cannot help me from another way. I really don't know what to do about it anymore. No refund of the amount paid, no package delivery, no response from the supplier or AliExpress. En to d is from my point of view is a TAFA. I don't advise buying anything from this company. If anyone can help me in any way, I'll thank you.
