the helmet is good, it is as it is in the photos. order size M 54-58cm. My head is 57cm and it is just big, the adjustment does not go further.
if my head were less than 57cm I would be limp and loose. I do not recommend for heads smaller than 57cm.
the helmet is bigger than it should be.
