First of all let me say that since 2013 Ive been a customer and had great hair shipped, HOWEVER not so much anymore. this is my second order in 6 months and once again the hair ends are awful!!! I hate the change because again this was my go-to. I cant even retail this order or use on my celebrity clients. I only do quality and this is not it anymore. I hope it get better but I wont be around to find out. Ever bundle I have to cut off 3 or more inches. Great customer service, bad hair Ashley ;(

The packaging leaves enough to be desired, but the hair looks good quality, I made two discolorations for the balayage Wicks and they're still soft. We'll see in time how they stay. For the time being happy with my purchase.
