Price-quality. That's what it says. Metal in the shells. The paint can be scratched with a nail. The clip of the stop is not enough and it hangs as it wants.

18 days to Kyiv. Tool strips wires quite well, mostly used it for 20-14 AWG. But the scissors are poorly made, the LOCK latch does not hold well, So, this tool for using only several times.
