Completely trash ladies don’t buy !! For one I only got 2 bundles and a 18inch closure when I order a 20 on top of literally the hair was tangled as I was trying to unravel. When I address the seller NOTHING WAS DONE didn’t get a dollar back of my hard earned money nothing but pure excuse after excuse literally they just want your money first time ever shopping on here and most certainly my last on top of it took a very long time getting my package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE REVIEWS ARE NEVER HONEST BUT BELIEVE ME THIS ONE IS !!!

I was very satisfied with their service, the hair did not take as long as I expected to arrive to me (it took 12 days) and the communication from the vendor was really good as they ensured to always keep updated on the status of delivery of my hair. The hair itself is of good quality, I absolutely love its sof texture and colour. I can't yet comment on its tangling and shedding, but I'm planning on making it into a unit and I will be back with feedback on that.

Great Customer service. The hair quality is amazing and I’ll definitely be ordering again the hair took less than a week to come and I live in London so I was very happy I wasn’t expecting it to come this fast and this is definitely the fastest product that has come to me from China I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for good hair to order from sapphire.hope this was helpful.

The hair is very soft. As soon as I installed the hair as a sew in, the ladies at the salon were complimenting me. The hair can definitely hold a curl with hairspray. There was no bad smell. I am planning to dye the hair red. This is my second time purchasing, and I will continue to purchase again

I placed my order on 08/09 and it has just arrived 08/13. The hair had no smell and it is very soft. The seller kept in contact with me through the delivery and also provided hair tips as well. Once i install the hair i will leave an additional feedback. =)

I ordered my hair on August 2, 2020 and I received my hair on August 6, 2020.. The hair is so bomb like the hair is so soft and true to length.. I ordered the 20 in closure with 22, 24, and 26 bundles.. I highly recommend this hair!

I LOVE THIS HAIR! I bought 3 24inch and an 18 inch closure. Bleached some highlights and experience no dryness or breakage, the hair is thick all the way to the ends. I LOVE IT. Plus they are great with communicating!

I just got my hair installed , shipping was pretty fast as well. The hair is soft , even after I bleached it. I have to say it does tangle a little though but nothing major for now.
