It does JTAG,UART and SPI Flashing
for SPI - use this pinout:
AD0 = SCK
AD1 = MOSI
AD2 = MISO
AD3 = CS
and connect GND and 3v3 from the board pinout.
To run SPI - you can do this over flashrom (has a plugin for MPSSE) so it's just:
flashrom -p ft2232_spi:type=232H -r output_file.dat
