Was shipped quickly and well packaged. Item is as described and works. Except for the display of the voltage and amperage which is dead. While seller was responsive and offered a rebate on a next order as mitigation, my preferred solution - being sent a working regulator to replace the defective at my own risk - was rejected. As if exchanging the regulator and taking the opportunity to improve the rather dubious water splash resistance would be so difficult. Therefore I am not fully happy with this shipment, contrary to the 15W version I bought previously.
