Great customers service. Had an issue with the order and they answered all the messages. The listing wrongly says 3pcs per set, but they actually send you one single tweezer. They said they would fix the error. I did get a partial refund, because I never would have ordered if I knew it was not a set. The tweezers I guess are OKish. Pics compare my old colored blackhead tweezers with these. These are smaller and the tweezer head is actually not as well made as my old one and also not as smooth on the inside part. I guess these are OK, but not what I was looking for. They also work for DYI projects, like picking up small things like rhinestones and beads, so that's a plus probably.
