The device is unusable because the software was missing from the shipment. I opened a dispute and demanded a refund or the seller provided me with the missing software. Aliexpress settled the dispute in favor of the seller, and I was left without drivers for the device. The seller only promised via messages, but did not provide the missing software within 10 days. He probably hopes I give up sooner.
