Very poor service. I feel like cheated.
I was asked to reject the package by the customer service to get a refund. once I rejected the package and asked for refund, they asked me to go thru Ali express dispute refund. When I did that, I need to send the package back. But I never received the package as I rejected it as asked by seller. I can't get thru a live person at Ali express to discuss all this. I now Dont have the Product and didn't get refund. This is outright cheating. I have entire transcript of the chat with seller and my constant follow up messages. Dont be tricked by the seller. Instead raise a dispute for any refunds. Ali express does nothing to resolve such issues. Buy from this seller if you want to get cheated.
