The product is not working!! I am very disappointed.
After installing the outdoor unit in my house, I found that the product have a big problem. In fact, the code keyboard and the wireless cards doesn't work unless you press the ring bouton. Which is not normal because normally we don't need to ring if we have the access code!?
It seems like there is a software issue with this unit .
Moreover, unlike the description, the product which i received was not new. It was old used one with scratches everywhere!
