Doesn't want to help and close the dispute. I did not even check the Fak that the goods were not received. There is no way to understand this and help customers they silent close the dispute without explanation!!!!! Why deceive buyers!!!! Money paid but the goods never received. At the beginning they waited a week and then they did not get anything. So there is no tracking number. It is better not to address such a seller, does not do in good faith. We were very pleased that we no longer cooperate with them. Be careful scams!!!!!!!!

They cannot follow simple instructions like using the correct colours. my labels were supposed to be made in royal purple and gold, they made royal purple and Lime Green.
