Arrived to msk in 2 weeks (delivery upgraded by consolidation, ZF* -> LC*CN, tracked); in antistatic bag; seems works;
IC marked AELJ, hence it is MP2314 (I_max 2A, Rdson* 120mOhm/50mOhm); and it is *not* MP2315 (I_max 3A, Rdson 90mOhm/40mOhm), mismatch seller photos and description;
Inductance marked 100 (10uH), smd; different from seller's photos (4.7uH);
Capacitors ~22uF (in), 47uF (out) [in-circuit measurement, may be inaccurate], 1210
Measured (light loads):
5V5 -> 3V: idle: 230uA; 50R load: efficiency 84%; 100R - 84%; 1k - 82%
12V -> 3V; idle: 247uA; 50R - 83%, 100R - 89%
(more-or-less matches datasheet; idle current good; and it should be more efficient at higher current)

Just then I died backlight on the monitor. I decided to repair, there were no spare lamps and to buy new ones as expensive .... So I decided to put the LED strip. Current on the power supply of the monitor was not 12 volts. I had to go from 14 volts. And then this module seemed to me an interesting solution. While the hour is working, it does not heat up much, so just put it on the Hot Melt. In general, I like it. I think we should take it with a margin! Such a thing in the farm will definitely not hurt.

It's been a long time. Working module. Fixed voltage, well, almost exactly give out-1.78 V, 2.49V at 5V input voltage. You can take, I recommend.
PS: throttle, by the way set with the marking 100, not 4r7 as in the picture, but IMHO, this is not the essence, the output voltage is quite within within within
