It really works! My wife's orchids survived thru the winter in our warm but dark vestibule and even bloomed.
I've bought 10 and 20 wats at 12 volts before (other seller!) and they've blowed because were incredibly hot even with heatsinks. Maybe because this is 32 volts, maybe the quality is better, may be both, but it is cooler and has worked 18 hours per day for 2 months.
The shipping I would say was fast. The seller answered quickly.
So my advise is "Buy it"!

Of course, there was nothing to measure the spectrum and the power of light. But only red and blue colors are visible in the reflection on the CD, without the rest. The connected driver for 100W is heated very much. The lamp works well
