New and Original 2pcs/lot SD1446 2024 - Sent very quickly. Working couple. Gain varies by 5 units. Installed in kl405, current consumption up to 15A at 14v, output power at the equivalent of 100 W throughout the range. At 28 MHz, the current increases by 3A, and the power drops to 80 W. Input power in the amplifier 3-5 W. When the input power increases to 10 W, the output power is more than 100 W does not grow. I did not communicate with the seller.

New and Original 2pcs/lot SD1446 2024 - Прислали очень быстро. Рабочая пара. Коэффициент усиления различается на 5 единиц. Установил в KL405, потребляемый ток до 15А при 14В, выходная мощность на эквиваленте 100Вт во всем КВ диапазоне. На 28Мгц ток возрастает на 3А, а мощность падает до 80Вт. Входная мощность в усилитель 3-5Вт. При увеличении входной мощности до 10Вт выходная мощность больше 100 Вт не растет. С продавцом не общался.
