Ugreen seems to be re irresponsable ,i paid for products never received due to time pandemy situation i presume ,Ugreen makes no time protection extended TO CUSTOMER , now ugreen would not reimburse customer either i related situation to ali express ,it s a ping pong situation ,customer has paid and now CUSTOMER IS WITHOUT THE PRODUCT AND MONEY BACK.
