Logistics: China Post Registered Air Mail
I ordered this produst that had "METAL" in the description. The product i received was resin, not metal. when i reported this to the seller, they told me they would look into this. After multiple messages, they agreed to a small refund....but i had to go through the return process with aliexpress. I was denied the refund because the pictures were not adequate evidence of what the material was. I contacted the store and was put off again. I have had the product for over a month and still no satisfaction.
