Received much earlier than expected; a little difficulty with installing the hands, but eventually figured it out via YouTube (order of installation: tighten small washer and nut, hour hand, minute hand & second hand); insert one AA battery (not included), set time, and hang on wall. I inserted a thumbtack into the wall to hang the clock into the loop, which is on the back of the clock. I then played around with the various decor squares by placing one small sticky (included) on the back of the decor squares and slightly sticking them in various positions before making a final decision before permanently sticking.
