It comes incomplete without the light connector, they don't tell you but they don't send it, the connector is not equal to Sony Vaio since the Vaio charger double the power connector and this three phase. It's a shame to have bought this product for me. Inaccuracies. They do not rectify errors. I still don't know if it charges well because I eat I haven't been given the connector and I 've been told that it buy from a local market as a solution because I don't know if it works. I don't recommend it.

Item was shipped 5 days after order. Delivery took 3 weeks to the nizhny novgorod region. Packed in a puffy wrapper, no damage, a feeling of quality things with tight installation inside. The output connector corresponds to the original, to the sony tv came up, it works fine. Idle voltage 19.7 v, under load can not measure. Recommend goods to seller.

Seller was polite and responsive. Recieved the product earlier than estimated. The product is broken probably it is broken during transit. Have to check whether it is working or not. I am waiting for the plug cable to reach me.
