Delivery is very fast. Packed well. The product does not match the description. Absolutely not working. That is, the voltage regulator does not regulate the voltage. From 0 to 30% the load voltage is slightly adjustable. After 30% to 65%, the voltage on the load changes by jumps and ultimately goes to the voltage of the network. After 70% again, something begins to be adjusted, but in a very narrow range from 190 to 230 V. Very disappointed. And more. At a load of 0,1 kW after 15 min operation, the radiator is warm. And what will be at 1 kW, not to mention 10 kW?

It works. Small burning in the range of 30-80%. There are not enough 2 bolts to attach the regulator to the body of the unit (for such a price could be a complete set of fasteners put). Checked with a light bulb. The radiator does not heat. There is thermopaste. Delivery to Voronezh 11 days. I will check under heavy load supplement the review. Seller and goods recommend.
