Ali express told me that this item had arrived on June 10th I had not received it. It is now the 25th of June. I still haven’t received it. I opened a dispute for a refund but the seller declined and told me to check with the post office to make sure the information was correct. I have my information saved on this account and have ordered 70 parcels through this app with no prior issues. So either this seller put the information down wrong or something else happened. Regardless this has been a terrible experience and a waste of nearly $8 after shipping. It looks like a cool product but order from a different seller if you’re going to buy. This one is shady.
The tracking number is correct, the platform also agrees to the authenticity of this information, and we also provide you with detailed information on package delivery. For this problem, you can contact the local post office for package information. If the post office does not, you can ask them to prove that they did not receive the package. But you didn't ask, just opened the dispute here and left a bad review that didn't help you
I still don’t have item and the seller won’t refund. Bad service. Don’t waste your money.

I know it was just a silly impulse purchase. I wasn't in search of a Dragonball shift knob. lol However, it's a nice quality and including the thread adapters was convenient touch. It went on my '07 4Runner easily and lined up well when tightened down.
