As described. Came in 1-2 months.
I purchased it from Canada. I actually bought another circle punch from Michaels (Craft store in Canada) and while the exterior plastic housing was different... it's like exactly the same.
Except the michaels punch was 10 bucks while this was considerably cheaper. The internals are exactly the same, you can tell this was made in the same factory. Good punch, works. Haven't cut like 10,000 paper but works great for the price.
