This was scheduled to be delivered yesterday however the postal worker didn't bother, went and picked it up and everything is awesome, I am happy with the complete package from this seller and looking forward to getting more items in the future. Thank you very much. I didn't need to contact the seller everything they promised was exact. As you can see it is quite long.
At first glance I thought everything was fine until I began working on this canvas and first is says 9ct which is stated to be fourteen which in turn makes the canvas picture way off from the pictured diagram to follow, which now makes me very unhappy and about to abandon this project after waiting anxiously for it to arrive, then to have this happen, sorry I won't be purchasing from this store again. please look. very close to the picture guide and then the canvas it is off a row and then stitching squares.

I did not receive my order and i placed it in February. I was really disappointed because i really wanted to try this product i heard good things about it i understand that Covid has put a hold on things but they kept telling me it was shipped it was shipped it was shipped and I still haven’t received it
I was a little disappointed with this company I’m missing 2 colors and they did not send thread. It also took so long to get here over 3 months.I have left a message to store hopefully they can send me the 2 colors I’m missing
