Unknown, as I haven’t received anything, despite the shipping showing delivered almost 3 weeks ago. Seller did respond that the tracking number was incorrect, so I have no way of actually tracking my order. Seller was kind enough to refund. I’ll try again.
Never received despite being assured it shipped. Tracking was for another order and showed delivered 1000km away. I requested and was given a refund, but lost all the time I was awaiting the bulb, having to order elsewhere and wait again. Considering it never arrived, I doubt it ever shipped. Poor experience.

Said 25 watt bulb.
Shortly after order no longer available.
Measured with a Kill A Watt P3 meter at 4.8 watts.
Even VA was less than 12 and lumens, which are normally more than 1800 for 25 watts were less than 500.
Ordered normal looking 15 watt bulb from other seller at same price and bulb measures full wattage and brightness.
I ordered a different bulb from them with the same VERY low output. See a pattern here?
AliExpress has a favorite seller list.
They need to add a "stay away from seller" list.

Somewhat dissatisfied with the product because it did not light enough comparing it with other led bulbs of the same technical characteristics.
Although I have to emphasize that I generated a dispute and they were aware of returning part of the money. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Apparently the amount of wats does not match the amount of Lux should issue
One month of use the lamp burned out, the brightness is below the indicated power, shopkeeper did not refund, reversed or sent another lamp. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE IS DISHONEST.
