This is probably the best purchase on Ali. the parcel reached just 10 days before the SPB, this is a record. the seller is sociable, friendly, found the right color for me, although he does not even have it stated. I ordered two red neon threads. And instead they sent some kind of unclear line. Opened the dispute, sent a photo. Went to feedback with throw to close the dispute and promised to fix the error. I closed the dispute, but no threads nor any messages received anymore. Have to open the dispute again and do not close anymore! I don't believe them anymore!

The parcel came, broken, I understand that the shipping service broke, but the seller could pack better and that the goods broke is not my fault. Asked to return the money completely, but the seller tried to divorce me, supposedly send again and asked to cancel the dispute, I refused, said I will make a new order after refund.
