Exactly as pictured. It's very tight and the opening is quite small. I wouldn't recommend trying to pull it apart to make it wider. It does fit small wrists so it works fine for me. But you have to push it on.
Make sure to find where the wire wrapping finished and close it tightly with jewelry pliers so that you don't get scratched or it doesn't pull on your clothes.
