For the money, this is the best, most compact instrument I’ve purchased!
We were able to accurately measure and tune the wheel speed. We cleaned a spot on each wheel planetary and applied the tape then were able to stand back and accurately measure the rotation speed of each wheel.

It's a basic device that measures rpm. Does it's job. Unfortunately the screen only stays on when the button is pressed. As soon as you release the button the device goes off. That makes taking longer measurements quite impossible.
