Works as advertised. During assembly I thought there should be one more hole to pass the screw all the way through to mount the head to the louver assy. so I drilled one since I was in a hurry to set it up and didn't have time to ask. I mounted the unit on top of an abandoned utility pole in my yard, about 50 ft. high. I did this because I am making a survey for a wind turbine I will buy. The manual states that you should bring it inside if you expect severe weather. But the signal reaches inside my house. It appears that the display is not real time; the reading seems to update maybe 4 or 5 times a minute.. It also shows the temperature and the humidity for both the vane and the remote display unit, so it was kind of cool to see how different the conditions were at ground level and the top of the pole! Good value for the price, and should be treated gently during assembly, installation, and be be brought inside during severe conditions.

I wouldn't advise this weather station. The angle of view is just terrible. The screenshot does not change. This pink background is just annoying. Although the main photo of the product looks great, with a black background, but it is a deception, there are no such hours. I got on that fishing rod. I believe that the producer, deceives customers by exposing photos of non-existent goods.

Very good! Great. Slightly Bright background, but not deadly. Perhaps when setting up an external module, it will have to do a reset. The reset is made by a thin metal object through the hole under the back cover just below the batteries. This is not in the instruction, as much as another, but you can understand.
