I’m afraid the jacket was v ery tight round the arms, despite ordering to sizes to big. But it is very pretty. And the seller has said I can return it for a refund, communication has been good. And they couldn’t have been more polite and helpful.
I have sent this jacket back by registered post as requested by the seller. To the address the seller gave me, & he’s saying he can’t find the card the post office left him. How convenient.
I said I’d received the jacket to let the seller know that it was much to tight even though I’m a size medium & ordered an extra large. I’ve sent lots of proof of postage and proof that it was returned on the 1st July but no one was in apparently.
Now I find that I can’t open a dispute, so I’m £30 worse off , with no chance of a refund from anyone. I’m really not happy. At my time of life it’s a lot to loose.

Thank you seller! The bolero is qualitatively sewn, the only narrow sleeves, so the size is slightly small. On my m took l, it was necessary to take xl for comfort.
