Received the inverter in 02/09/2019, am satisfied with the product, despite not having submitted the same a load more than 50% of its rated power that is 4000 whats, the fans work 90% of the time. Inverter came to Brazil in a week, but was almost a month in customs, not seller's fault, is the bureaucracy of my country. Note 10 to the seller!

Hi dear. The team went bad for me.
It only worked for me 20 minutes and the equipment went out.
I managed to remove the cover and it has a short circuit, 3 fuses burned.
How can I get the seller to refund my money or repair my equipment.
