The keyboard did not earn (case 100% is not in the note). On my note on the front side is written model x502c, the back in the model code is indicated x502ca. The seller endured the horn that I have a laptop incompatible with the keyboard, and I ordered the wrong item (ie. My fault). But on the asusa website there is only the model x502ca (the model x502c is not, because it is apparently just a series). I had to act through the vow. Returned all the money, but lost time. And that's lucky. The previous time with another non-working keyboard, mediators decided to return only half. I hope not all the keyboards are like that.
