Charged was 75%. The description specifies the capacity in 6600mAh, when recalculating my capacity (70502/10,8) it turned out 6528, ie. 1,1% less, which, in general, is not bad. The parcel was delivered to another city, to Neve Yaakov instead of Kochav Yaakov and I had to drive there one and a half hour to pick it up.
