Attention to your friends shopping from Turkey! Due to the recent customs change, on follow-up, normally your packages arrive in 10-12 days in 30-40 days. You pay at least 11 TL customs fee.
At this price as you would expect stm32f103c8t6 ICs might be fake/counterfeit. Although it says "stm32f103c8t6 " on top of the IC, "Keil uVision5" does not recognize it as an authentic ST part. So are STM32CubeIDE and TrueSTUDIO. They give error and refuse to program or debug the board. Visual Studio Code / PlatformIO works fine after changing CPUTAPID from "0x1ba01477" to "0x2ba01477" inside "stm32f1x.cfg" file. Which belongs to OpenOCD inside PlatformIO installation folder. Debug and programming work for "Keil uVision5" after reversing "STM32F1xx_DFP" pack version from "2.3.0" to "2.2.0". As a note, I have another stm32f103c8t6 board and a discovery board as well as ULINK 2 programmer which all works flawlessly with each other. This is an IC issue.
