2019.11.12-paid, 2019.12.09-SMS from mail, received. The whole came in a paper envelope with pouches, board and programmer separately in sealed antistatic bags.
Connected board to programmer, programmer to USB-flashing LED on board (test firmware on board?).
Under Windows XP installed STM32 ST-LINK utility (with programmer drivers)-refused to read programmer data: "Old ST-LINK firmware/ST-LINK already used".
Updated the firmware of the programmer in St-linkupgrade from the utility. The utility defined the board and read its memory.
This is my first microprocessor-the first time I hold in my hands. I'll study slowly.
Everything is fine.

The shipment was long (on the 6 day). Came to Kiev in a month. When connecting the LED flashing, but pass through St-link my firmware I could not (error deletion). USB connector St-link is lost only by contacts, the connector housing is simply inserted into the board.
