The panels came for a month. The seller at the request put 2 diodes. Current KZ in the sun up to 210 Ma. Two panels with slightly different characteristics. Two panels through two diodes feed the DC-DC converter down to recharge the battery on a long standing car. The current of the KZ at the output of the converter was 1.2a. Advertising parameters of the panels certainly do not correspond-on the load 8 W bulb 2 V current 0.2 A. Count 18 V (no load) x 0,25 a (current KZ) = 4, 5 W in root is wrong. 1 panel produces up to 0,6 Watts. I recommend a responsible seller, a good product.

The order came in principle quickly, the panel is working, but until the declared 4.5 W does not reach. Works more or less sloppy only when direct sunlight is reached at an angle of 90 degrees (obtained about 150 Ma), any deviations dramatically worsen the indicators and even when sunlight is hit on the panel, but not at the ideal angle, it produces a KZ current of about 20 Ma.

The phone with 2100ma battery charges inconfidently. Only in direct sunlight. For a laptop you need at least 2-3 such.

It doesn't match the description. The voltage in the sun is 20 V, but the stated current in 200 Ma does not output. The load voltage drops to 9 V at a consumed current of 60 mA.
