Did not want to start without refining, output voltage without load 11.5 V, with load of 10 three LEDs, the current gave out only 3 Ma, the voltage fell to 7 V, I wanted to throw it away, but I decided by the method of "Tyka" on the way out to pick up the capacitor for 1800 µF and voila, the current is already 285ma. Don't know what is the reason, there may be a LED strip some kind of not so, and maybe the driver is defective. Maybe someone will help. Good luck!
