The converter is already working well). Shuttlecock to stony, I think watt 300-400 exactly flew, ripple as it is supposed to be within 0.1 V. Noise did not measure for nothing yet. I noticed that at 13 v and a small load of 3-4a, the fan turns on approximately with the same intervals, although can be in vain 13 v screwed). Well, the screw is loud and hard, I will put an additional screw in the floor of the cones. The switch 110-220 on this version is certainly not.
