Ordered item in January for a 4-7 day delivery from the Czech Republic to Ireland. Six weeks later Seller provides delivery information for an item going to and from Germany as proof of delivery. I brought it to their attention that I do not live in Germany, so I requested tracking number for an item going to Ireland or a refund. Both Seller and AliExpress have failed in their ability to provide delivery tracking number or refund, which confirms this organisation fails to put the customer first. I repeatedly identified that a German delivery docket does not provide proof of delivery for my country and but both Seller and AliExpress failed to recognise this. As a result they will not provide refund of the product that was never delivered. This level of incompetency by both Seller and AliExpress is embarrassing. I will recommend to all never to use this seller and to avoid AliExpress where possible as customer support does not exist.

I had bad experience with this seller. It shipped the product very slow. on the description it says it's arriving in 7 days but actually arrived 27days, had this two both occasions now. Seller is not very communicative and will not answer the questions. Received the package with missing parts, and had to pay myself for the shipping to get the missing parts. Now about the actual product, have bought two of 12v 2kw heater and on both of them the fans were blocked, had to fully open them to fix my self. The heater makes bad noise because of poor quality components. Additional have ordered parts from this seller for heater and seller not enough that he charged me extra money for parts than other seller, this seller send me the wrong voltage parts and I cannot use them. Contacted and asked for correct parts to be sent to me or refund my money and seller doesn't reply back to me. Recommend to avoid this seller.

The heater is super! It is very powerful. Asked the seller to send the manual in Russian language-sent the file immediately. There were no problems with the installation. Yes, the display is shining constantly, but it consumes a little bit, so it does not strain. Expose the temperature does not give, you can adjust the power supply from 1,0 to 3,0. Glad that it turns on remotely from the remote. I definitely recommend both the goods and the seller.

Received the heater call yesterday, but experienced it today. and review it today! The machine came without damage, the track was not tracked. Started at the stand in the garage from the first time. There are two small minuses: to order there was no choice of light heater (or i looked at), and the hair dryer came red!!! And after switching off the hair dryer does not turn off the control screen! Maybe the seller will skip how to use it?! Worth your money, I recommend!

Exactly what I ordered (2kW, not 5kW) and beautifully packaged. No missing items. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars for shipping speed was that my order coincided with Chinese New Year, which I did not realise until I asked for the reason for the delay. It would have been good if there had been a notice on the website advising that orders would be delayed due to the holiday. Excellent and very prompt responses to all questions.

Product very nice seamless. but the seller is very bad. Whenever there is a problem, it never answers when you send a message. The product does not accept return. If you object to your request to be destroyed at the customs. So you can't get a refund.
